Homemade Massage Oil

This week has been pretty hectic for me, I have so many deadlines, and I’m spending a lot of time in the library. If you’re facing a busy January too, massages are the most relaxing thing ever. Enlist help from a close friend or a more-than-friend. Massage oil is so easy to make. If you’re feeling generous, this also makes a great present.

Massage Oil 1You will need: A carrier oil. This can be any sort of vegetable oil, from olive oil to almond oil. I used almond oil because it has good skin care qualities. You will also need some essentail oils. You can use them in any combination you like! Different oils have different properties, so you might want to take a look at these. I got all my supplies from Holland and Barrett.
